To usher the company in a new era, we are working on a mandate to invite applications from competent and seasoned professionals who could drive the business and be responsible for the P&L while working with all the Responsible for the Gross Margin and Contribution Margin, ensuring profitable Revenue and Volume growth.

- Responsible for building a robust Sales Pipeline.

- Responsible for New Market and Customer Penetration.

- Responsible for Product Diversification.

- Responsible for Cost Management within the function.

- Responsible for tracking and enhancing Customer Satisfaction and customer retention.

- Responsible for Budgeting & Forecasting and meeting the targets.

- Responsibilities relating to strategic initiatives and driving the Company's Vision and Organizational Goals.

- Responsible for stakeholder management at Regional as well as Global level.

- Responsible to collaborate with other functions to drive the functional performance.

CANDIDATE SKETCH

- 15 years + experience in B2B sales in the Agri Segment with emphasis on F&B.

- Direct Global exposure.

- Experience handling Key Global Accounts in the FMCG space

- Effective communicator with all the stakeholders including internal and external.
