The Email Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of all email marketing initiatives for our account.This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, strong strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute B2B & B2C email marketing strategies aligned with client goals.- Manage weekly newsletter production from concept to send, ensuring brand consistency.- Build, segment, and maintain clean and accurate contact lists.- Create automated workflows in Klaviyo to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand email assets.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and B2B & B2C communications\proven track record managing B2B & B2C email campaigns with measurable results.- Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation workflows, segmentation, and analytics.- Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored for customer audiences.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy- - (ref:iimjobs.com)
