We are a leading technology consulting company specializing in brand and digital experience design for global clients. We seek a highly skilled Senior Brand and Content Strategist to manage the strategy, communication, and content of our digital and social media initiatives.
This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an agency environment, , experience working with enterprise-level companies and brands, and exposure to clients in the USA, Middle East, and UK. Confidence, fluency in communication, and a strategic mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
Understand business requirements for projects
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly.
2. Content Strategy & Creation:
Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content.
3. Campaign Management:
Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction.
Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
5. Brand Messaging & Positioning:
Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.
6. Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
Required Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Should be able to lead a team of min. ten members. Must be strong with client communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, basics of SEO and SEM, and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with experience in the IT industry.
