As an IBM Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Provide high-quality professional day-to-day execution of data processing and analysis of IBM license entitlements and IBM license consumption. Ensure data quality in software consumption analysis and reporting.
  • Consult with IBM license subject matter experts regarding IBM software license assessments.
  • Perform analysis of IBM license entitlements, and IBM software consumption data using Excel and other data management tools.
  • Provide timely and useful feedback to our clients regarding software data analysis.
  • Present in a comprehensive and accurate manner the technical analysis report findings to the Consultants, based on usage evidence collected for IBM products.
  • Provide support to project leads by performing IBM software license usage analysis to assist our clients in ensuring compliance with associated licenses and contractual terms.
  • Understand how analysis fits into the overall IBM software asset management process and drives value for our clients.
  • Assist in project administration and management functions.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ months of IBM licensing experience, performing audits or IBM licensing reviews.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution
  • Responsible, accountable, proactive self-starter and self-learner.
  • Results-oriented, success-driven and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible & adaptable in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software asset management, system management, and/or inventory tools (e.g., SCCM, IBM License Metric Tool, IBM License Service, FlexeraOne, etc.)
  • IBM Licensing Badge Certification
