About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workday SCM Senior Analyst to lead supply chain initiatives, enhancements, and support activities across the organization. This role will serve as a functional expert and project lead for Workday Supply Chain Management modules, driving alignment across procurement, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional expert for Workday Supply Chain Management modules including Procurement and Inventory.
  • Lead end-to-end SCM initiatives, including new implementations, enhancements, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to identify and implement functional improvements.
  • Configure business processes and support day-to-day operations in Workday SCM.
  • Manage testing, validation, and issue resolution during Workday releases and change cycles.
  • Ensure system performance and business alignment through continuous optimization efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday SCM (including Procurement, Inventory).
  • Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle, support models, and enhancement processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, release testing, and production support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
