About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our global team. This exciting opportunity will play a vital role in driving impactful business decisions for our clients, leveraging data processing and analysis skills to optimize software consumption and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality day-to-day execution of data processing and analysis of license entitlements and consumption, ensuring data quality in software consumption analysis and reporting.
  • Consult with subject matter experts regarding software license assessments and perform analysis using Excel and other data management tools.
  • Present comprehensive and accurate technical analysis report findings to stakeholders based on usage evidence collected for products.
  • Provide timely and useful feedback to clients regarding software data analysis and support project leads by performing license usage analysis to assist in ensuring compliance with associated licenses and contractual terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ months of experience in licensing, performing audits or reviews, with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution skills.
  • Results-oriented, success-driven, and excellent attention to detail, with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software asset management, system management, and/or inventory tools (e.g., SCCM, License Metric Tool, License Service, FlexeraOne).
  • IBM Licensing Badge Certification.
