Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Python Expert

Career Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, programming, and project management.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for leading data management projects, creating and reviewing documents, and developing business rules.
  • They will work closely with the LDM team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • A strong understanding of standard operating procedures and working instructions is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Develop and maintain Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for studies awarded to IQVIA Laboratories.
  • Create and review all appropriate data management documents.
  • Ensure quality checks performed on data files before transmission and obtain peer-review where required.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Interact with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise.
  • Record all evidence of the data transmission process from data file definition to closure of study.

Project Management:

  • Manage the delivery of projects through full data management study life-cycle, from setup to lock.
  • Support the identification and resolution of service level issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Management and Python Programming.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming and data management procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and working instructions.
