As we scale, we're building a managed services team that combines consulting discipline with operational excellence—helping our clients realize measurable revenue outcomes from day one.What You'll Do- Translate client goals into clear operating plans, metrics, and weekly targets - Configure and manage Pipeline playbooks for research, scoring, and message personalization - Operate and optimize workflows across LinkedIn, email, and CRM-adjacent tools - Build reporting that quantifies impact on key client metrics - Train client teams on best practices and facilitate enablement sessions - Identify process gaps, design experiments, and implement continuous improvements - Partner with product and engineering to share structured client feedback - Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring- MBA with at least 2 years of post-MBA consulting or customer-facing delivery experience - Strong analytical thinking and structured communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines - Hands-on comfort with spreadsheets, data tools, and automation platforms - Experience creating executive-ready decks and presenting client updates - A sense of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability in client interactions - Flexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zonesNice-to-Have- Background in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or RevOps - Experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or managed services - Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, or marketing automation toolCompensation and Benefits- CTC: INR 14 LPA + performance-based bonuses - Remote-first setup with client-facing exposure to global accounts - Direct interaction with US revenue leaders and enterprise GTM teams - Fast learning curve across AI, SaaS, and revenue strategyHow to ApplyEmail your resume to careers@addpipeline.ai with the subject:"Managed Services Associate Consultant – Your Name."Please include a short note describing one client process you owned end-to-end and the measurable impact it delivered.
