Sales Execution:- Actively Support the team in deal closure - Analyse sales pitches, suggest improvements and implement best practices. - Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close key opportunities as needed.3. Process & Strategy:- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and quality standards. - Collaborate with marketing & lead generation team to ensure high quality lead flow. - Provide insights to leadership on market trends, Customer behaviour and competitor activity.4. Reporting:- Generate and analyse performance reports. - Present progress and insights to senior management regularly. - Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
