Job Title: US Telecaller – International Sales (Digital Marketing Process) Department:Sales & Business Development Location:Remote Work Schedule:Night Shift (US Time Zone – EST/PST Alignment) Reports To:Business Development Manager1. Position OverviewTheUS Telecallerwill play a key role in driving international business growth by reaching out to potential clients across the United States. The primary responsibility includes conductingoutbound B2B and B2C calls , promoting the company’sdigital marketing services , and generatingqualified leadsfor the Business Development team. This role demands excellent communication skills, familiarity withUS business etiquette , and the ability to identify, nurture, and convert prospects into valuable opportunities within the digital marketing domain.2. Key ResponsibilitiesConductoutbound callsto US-based prospects to promote services such asSocial Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Paid Advertising , and other digital marketing solutions. Identify andqualify leadsbased on decision-making authority, business needs, and service interest level. Schedule and coordinatevirtual appointmentsfor the Business Development or Sales team. Maintain accurate and detailedlead recordsin the company’s CRM system. Follow up withcold and warm leadsto build relationships and enhance conversion rates. Achievedaily, weekly, and monthly targetsfor call volume, qualified leads, and conversions. Align work hours withUS time zonesand maintain communication standards suited for international clientele. Collaborate with internal teams toshare feedbackand optimize outreach and engagement strategies.3. Skills and CompetenciesExcellentspoken Englishwith aneutral or US-accented tonepreferred. Strongpersuasion, negotiation, and active listeningskills. Proficient in usingCRM tools, lead tracking systems , andGoogle Workspace . Good understanding ofdigital marketing conceptsand ability to explain service benefits effectively. Ability to managehigh call volumeswhile maintaining quality and professionalism. Goal-driven, self-motivated,and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strongtime managementandmultitaskingabilities.4. Educational & Professional RequirementsBachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Communication , or a related field. 1–3 years of experiencein international telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation—preferably forUS or UK clients . Prior experience in aDigital Marketing AgencyorIT Service Companywill be an added advantage.5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number ofoutbound callsmade per shift. Number ofqualified leadsgenerated per month. Lead-to-appointmentconversion rate. Data accuracyand compliance with CRM protocols. Contribution torevenue pipelinethrough qualified international leads.6. Work ScheduleNight Shift / US Time Zone (EST or PST alignment) Monday to Friday(Alternate Saturdays Off + Fixed Sundays Off)7.
