Youʼll design and deliver training programs that empower every customer-facing team — fromSalestoDistributiontoMoney Coach— while ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role that combinescontent creation, facilitation, quality audits, and performance enablement — to drive real, measurable improvement across sales, service,and advisory functions.What Youʼll Build / Lead / Own Design and maintainLXMEʼs central trainingframework & playbookfor all teams. Conductonboarding, refresher, and product certification programs(including NISM). Developsales and soft-skill trainingmodulesaligned with LXMEʼs missionand tone. LeadQA audits(voice and non-voice) — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and empathy in every customer interaction. Build and maintainquality scorecards , dashboards, and improvement plans. Track and reportCSAT, NPS, and quality trends ; implement feedback loops with team leaders. Partner with team heads to ensurepost-training performance upliftand measurable ROI from enablement efforts.What Success Looks Like 100% trainingcompletion and certification compliance. Improved sales conversion and service qualitypost-training. Reduction in compliance and communication errors. Continuous NPS / CSAT improvement. Data-backed QA reporting adopted across all CBO verticals.Who You Are A passionate trainer and meticulous quality lead rolled into one. Comfortable designingcontent, facilitating sessions,and leading audits hands-on. Analytical and structured — capable of linking trainingoutcomes with businessKPIs. Experienced in fintechor BFSI customer environments. Excited to contribute to LXMEʼs mission of making financial confidence a lived reality for women.Qualifications & Experience 4–6 years of experience intraining,QA, or enablement roleswithin fintech, BFSI, or customer experience domains. Proven expertise insales training, call quality management, and compliance adherence. Strong commandofExcel / QA scorecards / presentation toolsfor reports.
