Continuously enhance the team’s training and quality frameworkthrough ongoing development and improvement initiatives. Audit sales calls to assess quality , identify performance gaps, and ensure adherence to sales and service standards. Analyze audit findings to identify recurring skill gapsand design targeted training interventions. Build and execute structured training plansand conduct engaging learning sessions toupskill the sales team . Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) and implement strategies to deliver content effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build or refine product trainings and ensure consistency across programs. Handle onboarding training batches for new hires, ensuring smooth assimilation and clarity of business expectations. Identify gaps in systems or processes and propose actionable solutions. Present insights and reports on training effectiveness, performance trends, and business intelligence.Skills & Qualifications: Education:Graduate from an accredited college or university. Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Education, Higher Ed, Universities, or Study Abroad sectors). Experience in call quality audits, performance assessment, or training program evaluation preferred. Strong analytical ability to translate insights into actionable coaching and training strategies. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner); skilled in reporting, data analysis, and basic automation. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback delivery skills. Strong presentation and content creation capabilities.
