Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wish to start their career in customer service. Training will be provided, and no prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, or processes.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain call logs, records, and update customer information in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Active listening and patience in handling customer queries.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to new processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
- Fluency in Malayalam Language
