Fx Multitech is and Authorized Distributors for Danfoss, Karyer, Gomax, Kuzuflex, Thermax, HI cool, Refkar. FX is also manufacturing specialized Condensing Units for Cold Room, Bulk Milk cooling.



Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer/Manager role with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, managing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be involved in creating and delivering sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with clients.


Location - Kolkata


Area resposible - Easter part of India inlding West Bengal and Odissa


Qualifications


  • Any Engineering Degree / Diploma
  • 2 to 5 years Experience in industrial product sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of engineering products and industry
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is a plus
  • Commonsense with politeness towards customers
  • Not to argue with customers on non agreement points
