Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Consultant on a consulting basis. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a senior HR professional with a proven ability to enhance HR processes, drive employee engagement, and align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role requires expertise, innovation, and leadership to support our growing team, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster organizational growth.
  • Review, update, and create HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance on talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Lead efforts to improve employee satisfaction and establish a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks and employee development programs.
  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with labor laws and minimize potential risks.
  • Optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless operations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates from financial consulting or professional services firms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic business environments.
  • Availability to contribute on a flexible basis, dedicating a few hours weekly or on weekends as needed.
