Position: OEM Manager-Auto After
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering. MBA will be preferred.
Experience: 8-12+ years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry.
Preferred target Companies (if any): NA
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
• Aligning closely with OEM Service, Spares & Accessories to earn the approvals for business conversion.
• Monthly reviews with OEM teams on business performances, support required & MIS.
• Understanding new business opportunity & develop programs to address the same with the help of cross functional team.
• Analysis OEM business trends & review with regional sales teams for strategizing business conversions.
• Conduct new product & process trails for OEM approvals.
Qualifications:
● B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering, MBA Preferred
● 8+ years of experience into automotive refinish products/automotive paints/automotive lubricants/automotive- spares.
● Strong knowledge of Automotive After-market.
● Strong analytical and technical skills.
