Job Title: Content and Marketing Specialist 

Key Responsibilities 

1.Content Creation and Management 

oWrite and edit blogs, newsletters, scripts, and other content tailored to target audiences. 

oDevelop engaging and relevant content for websites and social media platforms. 

oOversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistency across channels. 

2.Marketing Strategy and Planning 

oCreate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals. 

oCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns. 

oAnalyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results. 

3.Digital Platforms Management 

oMaintain and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy. 

oManage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, 

and responding to inquiries. 

oWork with marketing agencies to align branding and messaging across all campaigns. 

4.Agency Coordination 

oAct as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies. 

oReview and approve agency deliverables, including campaigns, creatives, and reports. 

oEnsure agency outputs align with brand standards and company objectives. 

Qualifications 

∙Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management. 

∙Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 

∙Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and content management systems (CMS). 

∙Ability to create and execute marketing plans effectively. 

∙Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

∙Experience working with and managing external agencies
