Sales Executive – Conversion Specialist

Role Summary:
As a Telesales Conversion Specialist, you will be the driving force behind turning warm, qualified leads into loyal customers. This role requires exceptional sales and persuasion skills to identify customer pain points, position our solutions effectively, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maximize Lead Conversion:
•Engage with warm, inbound leads through calls, emails, or chats.
•Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating product value and addressing concerns.
2.Understand and Recommend Solutions:
•Deeply understand customer pain points and sleep-related challenges.
•Provide tailored product recommendations to meet their specific needs.
3.Sales Excellence:
•Build trust and rapport with potential customers to ease the decision-making process.
•Handle objections skillfully, ensuring every interaction moves closer to a sale.
•Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
4.Efficient Sales Process:
•Follow up on leads promptly to maintain engagement.
•Utilize CRM tools to track leads and ensure a seamless customer journey.
•Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in lead handling.
5.Continuous Improvement:
•Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality.
•Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
•Proven track record in telesales or a similar role with a focus on conversion.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
•Experience handling warm leads and closing high-volume sales.
•Ability to adapt communication style to different customer personas.
•Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.
