About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Retail Head to lead and scale our Mid-Market Sales (SMB channel) efforts across the NCR region.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving solution-based sales strategies, and ensuring strong market presence throughout the NCR belt.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about consultative selling, have a strong grip on the NCR market dynamics, and be willing to travel extensively within the region for business and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Mid-Market/SMB sales function in the NCR region

- Manage and mentor a team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through value-based selling

- Strategize go-to-market plans and drive regional market penetration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivering tailored solutions

- Travel within the NCR region as required for client and team Experience: 10+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 7-10 years in Mid-Market or Solution Selling

- Industry Background: Preferably from HR Tech, SaaS, Internet, or other tech-enabled service domains

- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of business dynamics and customer behavior in the NCR region

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in consultative, value-based selling and long-term client management

- Mobility: Open to traveling within NCR regularly
