KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on client management & internal coordination for performance campaigns.
- Be the bridge between the client and the media team + media team & creative team
- Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by having primary experience in managing & interacting with online consumers and brands.
- Managing multiple client accounts for Media specifically.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key.
- Performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITES
- Professional-level proficiency in English.

- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail is great, and ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results even better.

QUALIFICATION REQUISITES
- Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM will add magical brownie points.
- 2+ years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency. We need to know you are used to the typical "Agency Craziness".
