Job Description


  • Responsible for end-to-end business development activities involving enterprise software applications viz. ERP (SAP, MS Dynamics), Application Development & Maintenance & other IT services as required.
  • Responsible for Lead identification to closure
  • Meet the prospects/clients, present Xyram service offerings, proposals, conduct price negotiation.
  • Identify leads, interact with the decision makers/top Management to discuss business needs. Position Xyram service offerings and translate lead to customer.
  • Effectively collaborate with the Enterprise Application Services pre-sales & delivery team for closing the deals.
  • Responsible for meeting the top-line targets.
  • Build and Develop relations within the SAP market in the region.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and suggest go to market strategies


Mandatory Skills

  • Should have 12+ years of experience in Sales & Business development involving ERP applications (SAP/MS Dynamics) and IT services for enterprise customers like Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy & Utilities etc..
  • Experience in selling SAP services is a MUST.
  • Should have good understanding of the ERP domain, SAP solution extensions & value-added services.
  • Should have good understanding of the enterprise vertical domain and their business needs.
  • Should have business development experience in India, US & ME markets.
  • Should be able to understand and map the client requirements for finalizing the scope of work with the client and the delivery team.
  • Conduct market research, provide market intelligence and formulate the go to market strategy.
  • Should be achievement-oriented and responsible for achieving top-line targets.
  • Should have exposure in managing global clients.
  • Develop partner eco-system with SAP value added service partners.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Should have clarity of thought and expression.
  • Good stakeholder management and client handling skills
  • Should have no restrictions on travel and should be able to travel within short notice.

  • Exposure to implementation of SAP will be an added advantage.
