Bijnis - Head - Marketing

As the Head of Marketing at Bijnis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth of bijnis by engaging with maximum retailers of India as well as building a desire for them to use bijnis as a sourcing platform. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and establish Bijnis as a brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute personalised and segmented marketing strategies like personalised communication automation to that of relevancy of product on app for the retailers.

2. Oversee the development of high-quality content assets, in video format largely, case studies, blog posts, technical documentation, and thought leadership pieces.

3. Drive thought leadership initiatives by representing Bijnis at industry events, speaking engagements, and contributing articles to relevant publications.

4. Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to personalize marketing efforts for key accounts and target companies.

5. Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, to reach and engage with retailers.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers and factories via different different activities.

7. Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and gain insights into customer behavior for continuous optimization.

8. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product roadmap, driving innovation and addressing market needs.

9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Brand Management.

Skills Set:

- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing Head.

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
