Strong experience liaising with SAP for issue resolution and enhancements

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment

Design and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Configure workflows, email notifications, MDF objects, and business rules

Support Recruiting to EC mapping, RMK site setup, and onboarding processes

Manage document generation, offer letters, and IAS/IPS troubleshooting

Drive SuccessFactors upgrades across EC, onboarding, benefits, security, and compensation
