We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, aligning with business requirements and best practices.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, as the consultant will work closely with clients to understand Time Off requirements, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions.

The selected individual will also be responsible for customizing SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business needs and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring time types, profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, interim rules, payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Configuring Time Valuation Rules, Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds, understanding Time Management objects.
  • Developing flexible solutions handling unique business scenarios using Interim and PEP Rules.
  • Executing testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expertise on SuccessFactors best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Ensuring seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors module configurations.
  • Documenting configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for future reference.
  • Staying informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and proactively identifying option improvements.
