  • Must have managed large setup manpower. Like 3000 + .
  • Must understand Labour deployment across machines for both mill and Garmenting.
  • Must understand the concept of MMR.


Skills Required -

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Expertise in Government Letter Drafting And communicating with Brands.
  • Must be able to manage multiple Projects and develop presentation to showcase project status.
  • Should ensure transition of manpower from Project phase to Operational phase.
  • Should be able to develop Training plan in line with Textile standards.


Qualification -

MBA or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in HR in textiles industry.

Industries- Raymond, Arvind, Trident, Shahi , Welspun, GHCL, Vardhaman etc.

Travel - The above profile requires high level of travel across counties and working in multiple time zones.
