Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Chennai.

- The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

- The role will involve collaborating with department managers to develop and implement HR strategies and policies, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- The Senior HR Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.

- Ability to develop and deliver training programs.

- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
