Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at My Health School in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, they will manage HR policies, compliance, and support organizational development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, providing a welcoming and informative experience that aligns with Nanonets' culture.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding through offboarding, ensuring seamless documentation and communication.

Benefits Administration

  • Support employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans, and promote awareness and proactive compliance across regions.

HR Compliance

  • Maintain statutory compliance in accordance with country-specific labor laws and policies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for HR compliance requirements.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects focused on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Plan and facilitate engagement activities, including events, feedback collection, and wellness initiatives.

Performance Review & Payroll Management

  • Coordinate performance review cycles, working with stakeholders to support employees’ career development.
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, and address payroll inquiries.

Payroll

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely, accurate salary payments and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Gather and analyze HR data to create actionable reports that drive data-based decision-making and refine HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance Management skills
  • Employee Relations and Training expertise
  • HR Policies, Compliance, and Organizational Development knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
