Develop account plans, messaging frameworks, content briefs, and multi-channel engagement strategies. Partner with sales teams to align targeting, outreach, and qualification workflows. Demand Generation & Inbound Marketing Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, website, and paid platforms. Manage and optimize inbound lead generation workflows — landing pages, forms, automation rules, nurture journeys, scoring systems. Monitor funnel performance and create strategies to improve conversions across MQL → SQL → Opportunity. Marketing Technology & Data Work comfortably across key Martech tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, ad platforms, ABM tools, CMS). Set up dashboards, campaign tracking, attribution models, and reporting frameworks. Identify new tools, integrations, and automations to improve efficiency and lead quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, design, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life. Partner with sales to align GTM motions, ensure smooth handoffs, and optimize the revenue engine. Bring proactive insights on market behavior, audience trends, and campaign performance.What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Any graduate (preferably from a B.Com/BBA background)Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience inB2B demand generation,ABM campaigns,and integrated marketing. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, ICPs, and buyer journeys. Solid experience with CRM +automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) , LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, email automation, and remarketing workflows. A data-driven mindset — someone who enjoys analyzing numbers and making decisions based on insights. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
