We are form-factor agnostic and offer a variety of payments instruments including corporate credit cards, purchase cards, virtual cards, Prepaid cards, wearables etc.

Role & Responsibilities:
- The Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development is responsible for managing all investor relations & corporate development activities and overseeing the company's M&A initiatives.
- This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy, engaging with the investment community, and identifying and executing strategic M&A opportunities.
- This incumbent ensures the company's financial narrative is communicated effectively to stakeholders and supports the company's growth through strategic acquisitions.
Investor Relations Strategy & Corporate Development:
- Develop and implement a proactive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances its value proposition.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with current investors while identifying and targeting potential investors.
Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, including analysts, institutional investors, and retail investors.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and other key financial communications.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging for earnings releases, press releases, and other communications.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and investor sentiment.
- Provide feedback to senior management and the board on market perceptions and investor concerns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights on industry developments that may affect the company.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations and disclosure practices.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to maintain accurate and compliant financial disclosures.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, analysts, and retail shareholders.
- Manage the shareholder engagement process, including responding to inquiries and facilitating shareholder meetings.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute investor-related events such as annual general meetings, investor days, and roadshows.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and investor meetings.
Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy:
- Develop and execute the company's M&A strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Due Diligence:
- Lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and synergy evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure comprehensive due diligence and integration planning.
Transaction Management:
- Negotiate terms and structure of M&A deals.
- Manage the end-to-end M&A process, from initial contact to deal closure and integration.
- Ensure timely and effective communication throughout the transaction process.
Post-Merger Integration:
- Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans to ensure smooth transition and realization of expected synergies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of acquired entities to senior management.
Market and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and potential M&A opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market insights and competitive analysis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Must Have's:
- Circa 12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, M&A, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing investor relations for a publicly traded company and executing successful M&A transactions.
- Experience in strategic financial communications, market analysis, and transaction management.
