Position: IT Sales Specialist Inside Sales

About the Role
We are hiring IT Sales Specialists at multiple levels to strengthen our Inside Sales team. You will focus on selling our software solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Demonstrate and present software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience in IT Software Sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the software sales cycle.
- Preference for candidates with International Sales experience.
- Experience selling ERP software (HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
