We're Hiring: Content Marketer Associate

Airtribe is on a mission to build the most trusted learning platform for high-growth roles in tech. We're looking for a sharp and curious Content Marketing Associate to join the team at Airtribe. If you've spent at least a year in a company where content was a key driver of brand, and you're now looking to go deeper, this might be the perfect next step.

At Airtribe, content is not an afterthought. It's at the heart of how we tell our story, grow our community, and build a category-defining brand. In this role, you'll get to work across formats and channels, execute campaigns end-to-end, and learn what great content marketing looks like up close.

What you'll own:

  • Work closely with the content and growth team to execute high-impact campaigns across social media, email, landing pages, and more.
  • Help manage editorial calendars, draft content briefs, write posts and scripts, and support creative production.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats — from videos to carousels.
  • Research content trends, formats, and creator styles to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Ensure brand voice and quality standards are consistently met across channels.
  • Track performance and assist in reporting to understand what's working and why.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have about a year of experience at a company where content played a core role in marketing and brand building
  • Are a strong writer with an eye for good design and a love for storytelling.
  • Have hands-on experience working with social media and video content.
  • Understand what makes content perform - from a catchy hook to a smart distribution plan.
  • Like keeping a pulse on content trends, formats, and what's working across channels.
  • Have a good understanding of pop culture. 
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership, creative energy, and a love for building content that actually connects with people.
