Travel & Expense Administrator – Shared Services (India)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES T&E and Corporate Card Administration Review travel and procurement card applications for completeness and compliance; obtain required approvals. Issue cards, set limits, update profiles and maintain accounts in Bank of America Works and Concur. Establish employee Concur accounts, send welcome information, and provide initial training resources. Monitor card activity for adherence to company policy; enforce limits and escalate violations.Expense Management & Compliance Audit expense reports for compliance with policy Identify trends, recurring issues, and non-compliance; escalate non-compliance trends. Monitor delinquent/unsubmitted reports and follow up with employees/managers Validate eligibility for card issuance and expense approval roles Serve as escalation point for travel or emergency expense situations.Analytics & Reporting Deliver monthly spend, trend and violation reports to AP leadership Perform quarterly audits and publish compliance findings Analyze recurring exceptions and recommend policy or process improvements Identify automation opportunities for notifications, audit routines, and reporting.Employee Training & Support Provide guidance and training to employees on card and expense policies and Concur system functionality. Promote adoption of available self-service tools to reduce manual support requests. Communicate policy changes and compliance reminders. Broader Accounts Payable Integration Support AP month-end close with card allocations and reconciliations. Review SAP-Concur interface errors and ensure timely corrections Collaborate with AP team members to reinforce standardized AP/T&E processes.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2–4 years in shared services, finance operations, accounts payable, or related financial role. Experience with SAP, Concur, and Bank of America Works preferred. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Associate’s degree strongly desired.REQUIRED SKILLS Strong communication and customer-support orientation. Ability to manage high volumes and multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to enforce compliance while maintaining service quality. Comfortable working across multiple systems and process workflows. Analytical mindset for spotting trends, exceptions, and control gaps.
