Role Overview:

You are the matchmaker, the connector, the one who discovers top talent and sparks meaningful careers. In this dynamic position, you'll use your social savviness and keen eye to create connections that build the future of our global powerhouse. Reporting to the Head of TA Region, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Embark's vision of being the leading GCCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.

- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics.

- Ensure smooth Recruitment experience by coordinating on various recruitment & Experience:

- Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes. Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks. - Confident in communication and building relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.

- Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.

- Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.

- Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
