With a mission to make our customers’ work-life easier, more profitable, and truly sustainable, Quick Clean combines global technology with local service excellence to deliver unmatched laundry operations.Role OverviewThe B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing OPL solution opportunities in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. The role requires consultative selling, deep understanding of client operations, and the ability to design customized laundry solutions that drive efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Business Development Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities across target segments (hotels, hospitals, institutions). Drive lead generation through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events. Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.2. Solution Selling & Client Engagement Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential clients. Present Quick Clean’s OPL model, highlighting operational, financial, and sustainability advantages. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and ROI models. Negotiate and close contracts ensuring profitability and compliance.3. Account Management Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (GMs, Procurement, Engineering, Housekeeping Heads). Cross-sell and upsell new solutions such as ReWeave 360 sustainability program. Ensure smooth project handover to operations and client satisfaction post-implementation.4. Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, pricing models, and emerging market trends. Provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making and pricing updates.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)New Client Acquisition Sales Revenue Lead Conversion Ratio Proposal Turnaround Time Client Retention & Upsell Market Coverage CRM ReportingRequired Skills & Competencie Strong B2B / solution-selling experience (preferably in capital equipment, facility management, or OPL-related industries). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical ability to understand operational ROI and build business cases. Relationship-driven mindset with C-level and on-ground stakeholders. Tech-savvy with CRM usage and data-driven approach to salesQualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Business / Engineering / Hospitality; MBA preferred. 3–6 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales (hospitality, healthcare, or allied sectors).
