The firm was founded by a seasoned investment professional with several years of experience conducting detailed financial and investment due-diligence along with investigative research for international alternative investment and M&A advisory firms. The firm recently secured backing from a US based family office and is looking to scale rapidly over the near future.Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist based in India, with experience in B2B outreach; adjacent to the financial services sector. The specialist will support deal origination efforts through outbound calling, email outreach, lead research, scheduling meetings, initial qualification, and CRM management. The individual will also identify, utilize, and coordinate with AI-enabled sales tools.Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and emails to business owners, executives, investment firms, advisors, and institutions; professionally introduce the service offering/capabilities. Schedule meetings and introductory calls for senior leadership. Support post-meeting follow-ups where needed. Manage and update HubSpot with accurate call notes, lead statuses, and workflow tasks. Refine outreach scripts and engagement strategies based on feedback. Research prospects to tailor communication and improve targeting. Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage warm/cold contacts. Achieve weekly outreach and qualification goals.Qualifications 1-5 years of B2B inside sales, outreach, or telemarketing experience. Candidate must be comfortable working extensively in HubSpot CRM. Excellent spoken and written English; ability to speak confidently with senior executives. Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly. Organized, target-driven, and persistent. Comfortable working U.S. working hours.Preferred Strong understanding of financial services or investment banking concepts. Experience working with international clients (especially U.S./U.K.).Compensation Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
