Learn more:www.uwbengaluru.org Role Overview TheAssistant Manager – Corporate Partnershipswill be responsible for executing strategic plans within the Corporate Relations vertical. The role involvesmanaging corporate partnerships, curating volunteering engagements , and ensuringhigh-quality project deliveryand reporting. This position demands strong relationship-building skills, project ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful CSR and volunteering initiatives. Key Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships Develop a deep understanding of thecorporate sector , CSR trends, and focus domains of partner organizations. Manageend-to-end relationshipswith existing corporate partners—from proposal development and budget creation to implementation and closure reporting. Ensuretimely and high-quality reporting , both financial and programmatic, aligned with donor requirements. Collaborate closely with thePrograms Teamto curate new initiatives, design proposals, and prepare detailed budgets. Research, identify, and onboardnew corporate partnersaligned with UWBe’s mission and focus areas. Support theChief Corporate Relations Officer / Director – Resource Mobilizationin achieving annual fundraising targets. Mentor and guideexecutives in the team to enable independent handling of accounts and efficient delivery. Conductregular field visits(pre-, during, and post-project) to monitor implementation and impact. Facilitatecorporate field visits, review meetings,andimpact showcasesto strengthen partner relationships. Volunteering Engagements Design and implement anannual volunteering calendartailored to corporate partners’ CSR objectives. Manage theend-to-end executionof volunteering events—planning, coordination, logistics, and post-event documentation. Continuouslyinnovate volunteering ideasto increase employee engagement and promote meaningful participation. Coordinate with internal teams, NGO partners, and corporate stakeholders to ensureseamless event executionand measurable outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Graduate or Postgraduate Degree(preferably in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field). Minimum7-8 years of relevant professional experience , including at least4 years in the development/CSR sector . Strong understanding ofcorporate CSR frameworks ,employee engagement , andpartnership management . Excellentcommunication skillsin English and Hindi; proficiency inKannadais an added advantage. Willingness to travelfor partnership development and project reviews.
