Job Summary :

As a Power Platform Architect, youll play a strategic role in shaping an enterprise-grade Intelligent Automation platform that transforms document-heavy workflows into smart, scalable processes. You'll lead the design of end-to-end solutions by integrating AI-powered Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) with systems like ERP and CRM, using Power Platform components, automation flows, and APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Architectural Leadership :

- Define scalable solution architecture using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).

- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and reusable architecture patterns.

- Architect robust integrations with Azure services, Dataverse, third-party systems, and APIs.

Power Platform Expertise :

- Lead the development of Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows (cloud/desktop), and Power BI dashboards.

- Design AI-driven automation frameworks using tools like AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Virtual Agents.

- Optimize Power Platform applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Dynamics 365 Expertise :

- Customize and configure modules across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.

- Design data strategies and manage migration from legacy platforms to Dynamics 365.

- Ensure tight integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, and Power Automate.

DevOps, ALM & Governance :

- Define CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategies.

- Establish governance, DLP policies, and monitor usage for security and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership :

- Translate business needs into technical solutions; define roadmaps and delivery plans.

- Mentor developers, analysts, and solution leads to build technical maturity within the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IT with 6+ years designing solutions on Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

- Deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and AI Builder.

- Expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 modules and integration scenarios.

- Proven track record in architecting enterprise solutions, guiding teams, and delivering high-impact projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Certified :

a. PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect

b. MB-600 Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Architect

- Additional certifications like PL-100/200/400/500, PL-300, MB-400

- Experience with ALM practices for Power Platform.

- Familiarity with AI/ML in Azure, event-driven architectures, and data modeling.

- Experience implementing governance and security frameworks for large-scale Power Platform deployments.
