Position Overview:
Sensiple is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in selling software services, solutions, and staffing services in the US/UK/Europe market. The role is focused on cold calling, lead generation, and driving sales.
Location: Siruseri, Chennai (WFO)
Experience: 5+ years in IT services/SaaS sales experience
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role where youll be expected to:
- Sell solutions across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Managed services, AI/ML, data engineering, Power Platform, Contact Center and Capital Markets
- Collaborate with solution engineering and pre-sales to craft proposals
- Drive campaigns and outbound strategy to build a strong sales pipeline
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years in IT services and SaaS sales, especially to the US region
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, contact center, and capital markets services
- Hands-on with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns
- Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the US/UK market and business landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and sell Sensiple's software solutions and staffing services to key decision-makers in the US/UK
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct product demos and customize solutions to align with client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve sales targets and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.
