About the RoleThe Junior Mentors for the domain of Data Science, Data Analytics, Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning at UNLOX® plays a crucial role in guiding student teams, supporting weekly projects, ensuring learning consistency, and providing personalised feedback. You will work closely with senior mentors to help students succeed throughout their training journey.Key Responsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for 1-5 student teams during the program.• Ensure smooth collaboration among team members for weekly minor projects.• Conduct short team sync-ups to check progress, clarify doubts, and guide project execution.• Support students in understanding weekly concepts taught by senior mentors.• Assist learners during practice hours and help with fundamental doubts.• Ensure daily quizzes and LMS tasks are completed on time by all team members.• Review team progress daily and ensure alignment with project requirements.• Guide teams in preparing for Friday project presentations.• Provide constructive, personalised feedback after each weekly project.• Track weekly performance: attendance, quiz completion, participation, teamwork.• Conduct one-on-one performance reviews every Sunday and guide students on improvement areas.• Maintain accurate student performance records for the academic team.• Motivate students to stay consistent, engaged, and active throughout the program.• Recognise and appreciate achievements to boost morale and maintain momentum.• Identify disengaged or struggling students and report early for intervention.• Coordinate with senior mentors regarding team updates, progress, concerns, and blockers.• Ensure all teaching plans, instructions, and evaluation rubrics are followed.Skills & Qualifications• Strong understanding of the subject domain (e.g., DA, ML, Data Science, Full Stack, AI).• Good communication and teaching ability.• Patience, empathy, and interest in mentoring students.• Basic leadership or team-handling experience.• Ability to track and analyse student performance.• Prior mentoring or tutoring experience is a plus.• Experience with projects related to the course domain is preferred.• Basic familiarity with LMS platforms is an added advantage.Work Structure• Weekly commitment aligned with batch schedule (5 class days + Sunday review).• Online mode of work.Compensation:- Monthly compensation of 10,000/-What You Gain• Hands-on mentoring and leadership experience.• Opportunity to collaborate with senior industry mentors.• Strong portfolio and resume enhancement.
