A deep understanding ofdatabase architecture and optimizationis essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications. Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship. Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems. Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making. Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.Mandatory Skills:6+ months of professional PHP development experience. Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). Mild experience indatabase optimization , query tuning, and schema design. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience mentoring or leading junior developers. Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). Exposure to Docker and containerized environments. Frontend experience (Vue.js, React) is a plus
