Job Title : Junior PHP DeveloperExperience: 6+monthsWorkmode : Hybid (2 days Office )Work Location : ChennaiNotice Period: immediate-15daysJob Summary:We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer who is highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about clean, scalable code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, especially with PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks). A deep understanding of database architecture and optimization is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications. - Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship. - Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems. - Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices. - Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making. - Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.Mandatory Skills:- 6+ months of professional PHP development experience. - Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). - Mild experience in database optimization, query tuning, and schema design. - Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. - Experience mentoring or leading junior developers. - Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. - Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). - Exposure to Docker and containerized environments. - Frontend experience (Vue.js, React) is a plus
