Supervise and mentor junior accountants; provide guidance on daily tasks. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage GST, TDS, taxation matters, and assist in finalization of accounts. Handle Tally independently and ensure accurate bookkeeping.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) preferred. Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and finalization. Proficiency in Tally and ability to manage it independently. Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance norms
