Ownend-to-end delivery: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate acrossproduct, frontend, DevOps, anddata teamsto deliver seamless experiences. Ensure code isclean, secure, testable, and adheres tobest engineering practices. Act as atechnical mentorand thought leader within the backend team. Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms.Requirements B. Tech CS/IT OR MCA 7+ yearsof strong backend development experience withPython. Hands-on with at least one major Python framework—Django,Flask, etc. Experience designing and buildingscalable APIs & microservices. Deep understanding ofmulti-threading, event-driven programming, andasynchronous architecture. Solid knowledge ofORMs, templating engines(Jinja2, Mako), andsecurity protocols. Comfortable withfrontend basics—JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for seamless collaboration). Experience withDocker, Git, andCI/CDworkflows. Hands-on withmessaging queueslikeRabbitMQ,Kafka, or similar. Strong debugging, performance tuning, andunit testingexperience. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, collaborative environment.Why Join?
