The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven SaaS products using modern full-stack technologies. - Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). - Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js. - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines. - Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control. - Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices. - Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).Technical Skills- Programming: Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue) - Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis - Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions) - AI Integration: Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, OpenAI/LLM integrations preferred - Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab - Other Tools: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Microservices architecturePreferred Qualifications- Experience with AI or ML-based SaaS products. - Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics. - Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -
