The candidate should be able to design system architecture, create scalable modules, manage project timelines, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient Python modules and components. Architect robust back-end systems and APIs using frameworks such asDjango ,Flask , orFastAPI . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in development practices. Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and scalability of applications. Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, including at least 2 years in alead or senior developerrole. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such asDjango ,Flask , orFastAPI . Expertise inAPI design and integration ,database design(SQL/NoSQL), andmodular programming . Experience inteam management , task allocation, and project coordination. Proficiency inGit ,CI/CD pipelines , andagile development methodologies . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience incloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure tomicroservices architectureandcontainerization tools(Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge ofdata visualizationordata pipeline development .
