Our teams work with cutting-edge technologies to create intelligent, scalable, and high-performing digital products.We’re looking for an experiencedLead Python Developerwith7+ years of strong backend development expertisewho can drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and contribute to designing robust, future-ready systems for global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Python-based applications and APIs.Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver project roadmaps.Mentor and guide the Python development team through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.Oversee database design, API integrations, and deployment of microservices-based architectures.Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest ways to integrate them into ongoing projects.Manage sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery following Agile methodologies.Required Skills & Experience7+ yearsof hands-on experience in Python development, with at least2+ years in a lead or senior role.Strong expertise inFastAPI, Django, or Flaskframeworks.Proven experience in designing and deployingRESTful APIsandmicroservices architecture.Proficiency withDocker,CI/CD pipelines, andcloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).Strong knowledge ofPostgreSQL,MongoDB, orMySQL.Proficient inGit/GitHub, Agile practices, and sprint/task management tools (Jira/Trello).Solid understanding ofsoftware design patterns,testing frameworks, andcode optimization techniques.Nice to HaveExperience managing Python projects usingUVor similar tools.Knowledge ofKubernetes,DevOps pipelines, orcloud-native deployments.Exposure toAI/ML,data engineering, orautomation frameworks.Understanding offrontend technologiesfor end-to-end product collaboration.
