Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for Python programming and LLM integration. Ensure code quality through regular reviews, testing, and documentation. Optimize applications for scalability and performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and LLM advancements. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the software development lifecycle.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on large language models preferred. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Proficiency in Python programming and frameworks such as Django or Flask. Experience with machine learning and natural language processing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
