Job Description We’re an early-stage AI initiative building cutting-edge agent-based architectures, includingLangChain,MCP (Multi-agent Coordination Protocol), andA2A (Agent-to-Agent)frameworks. We are looking for someone who is both astrong Python developerand hashands-on experience with LLM frameworks. This role is not just about experimenting with prompts—it requires building production-grade systems, orchestrating LLMs with external tools, and integrating them into real-world applications. This is a part-time remote position (10–30 hours/week) with flexible hours and the potential to transition into full-time as the initiative scales. You’ll have the opportunity to work onend-to-end development of next-generation LLM stacks, contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow with the company.What We’re Looking For ProvenPython development experience, including building, testing, and deploying production-ready applications Strong experience withLLM frameworks(LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, etc.) Understanding ofagent orchestration(MCP, A2A, JSON-RPC interfaces, etc.) Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git), debugging, unit/integration testing, and clean code practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with distributed teams Passion for innovation and curiosity about the evolvingLLM/AI ecosystemPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience withJavaScript/TypeScript backend frameworks(Node.js, Express, Next.js APIs) Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Prior contributions to open-source AI/ML projects Exposure to distributed systems or multi-agent frameworks Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for building dashboards or agent UIsCompensation Compensation is benchmarked to the equivalent of₹5–10 Lakh per annum, translated into a flexibledaily or hourly ratedepending on engagement: Approx.₹2,000–₹5,000 per day We’re flexible—please share your expectationsInterview Process We move quickly with a streamlined process.
