Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an LLM - Python Developer based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying Python-based applications and solutions within the context of large language models (LLMs). Key tasks include building and fine-tuning models, managing data pipelines, implementing algorithms, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. The role provides an opportunity to innovate in cutting-edge fields, working on impactful projects that integrate machine learning and natural language processing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning libraries
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM fine-tuning, and the application of pre-trained models
  • Knowledge of algorithm development, data structures, and software engineering principles
  • Ability to design and manage data pipelines, data preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including debugging and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities, with effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are a plus
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and container technologies (e.g., Docker) is advantageous
