We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer with strong knowledge of Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing scalable AI-driven products and supporting end-to-end system architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python and JavaScript.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM-based workflows.
  • Integrate Generative AI models (OpenAI, Llama, HuggingFace, etc.) into production systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend team to design APIs and backend logic.
  • Work on system design, architecture, and deployment of scalable backend services.
  • Manage databases, caching layers, authentication, and system performance tuning.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Debug, test, and improve existing systems and features.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Python and JavaScript backend development.
  • Clear understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with GenAI models, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.).
  • Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, microservices, and system architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
